I always leave work with stiff muscles and a terrible case of back pain, so I wanted to get a massage appointment this weekend. I'm thankful you warned us how it's bad for our spine health to sit down for around 8 hours everyday since this will lead to poor posture and misaligned joints that would need chiropractic adjustments. I might have to change my plans this weekend and see a professional chiropractor instead.
